On the 1st of June 2015, after six years, we moved from our base in Hanley Swan to our new office location in St. Johns, Worcester. This has proved to be an exciting and beneficial challenge as the move has enabled us to have a shop front presence which has brought us to the attention to new service users and staff alike.
We are delighted to say that, following a recent CQC inspection, we were awarded “GOOD” in all categories. The inspection report is available to read on the CQC website and our certificate is displayed prominently in the office.
At this time, as well as their mandatory training, some of our staff have received training in the following disciplines:-
- Medication Administration
- 2-Day Good Practice Dementia Training
- Adult Safeguarding Level 4 for Managers
- Manual Handling Risk Assessor
- Manual Handling Trainer
- Health and Social Care Diploma (Levels 2 and 3
It is our aim to ensure that all staff attend courses to enable them to provide person centred care to the highest standards.
